If you’re already licensed and can bring your personally owned motorcycle to class then this class is for you.  No tests.  Just a day of serious fun and learning with friends.

Skilled Rider Concept:  Counter-Steering & Cornering

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Practice on your own motorcycle
  • No tests, just friendly coaching tips.
  • Get on-range instruction from RiderCoaches certified by the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA), Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) and Harley-Davidson.
  • Practice skills including weaves, tight turns and u turns, emergency braking, cornering, and swerving.
  • Earn a completion certificate which may score a discount on your insurance.

FAQs

What do I need for class?

Your personally owned motorcycle, proof of insurance, license, and registration.

What gear do I need?

The same gear as the New Rider Course.

  •  A DOT compliant helmet.
  • Eye protection (visor or glasses).
  • Full-finger gloves.
  • Jacket or long sleeve shirt.
  • Long pants without rips.
  • Sturdy over-the-ankle boots.
How much skill do I need?

If you’ve been riding on the street for a year or more then you will likely be successful.

I know how to ride.  Can I get my license in this class?

No.  We only provide the skill practice course for skilled riders.  Experienced riders who need a license should take the New Rider Course–many do and they have a great time.
